The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission intend to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU). The GDPR comes active from the 25th May 2018. We, ANPR 365 LTD take the protection of data very seriously and we have implemented a lot of policies and procedures to work in line with GDPR and keep your data safe.
Below you will see three policies, please click on the box to read the full policy that concerns you. You will also see a right of access box, A data subject should have the right of access to personal data which have been collected concerning him or her, and to exercise that right easily and at reasonable intervals. Within the Right of Access page, you will see a form you must fill out to request your data. We will only respond to the request if the answers you supply exactly match the data we hold. If it doesn’t we will notify you by email that you have failed data protection and we can’t proceed with your request.
