Alternatively, if you wish to make a payment for a Parking Charge by phone, call 01772 288 041. You will need a valid debit or credit card and the Parking Charge reference number to make a payment.

Appeals

If you would prefer to submit an appeal via post, please send it to ANPR 365 Ltd, Appeals Department, 3 Caxton Road, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 9ZZ. You will need to do this within the timeframe stipulated on your parking charge notice. You will need to provide your full name and address, Parking Charge Number, and your reasons for disputing liability for the Parking Charge. If your appeal is rejected, you will be given details of the relevant Independent Appeals Service for the DVLA trade association code of practice under which the PCN was issued.
